Kick off your week with Monday Movers on Monday 9 February 2026 — get your wiggle on and start with a cheerful shimmy and shake. It’s a friendly, feel-good session to lift a February day.

What to expect:

  • Gentle warm-ups to ease you in.
  • Pick up the pace with African, Latin and Indian-inspired moves and grooves to build tone.
  • Wind down with yoga and somatic stretching, plus a guided relaxation.
