Claire Barker shares new children’s book at Buckfastleigh Library

Come and join us at Buckfastleigh Library as Claire Barker shares her beautiful new book, Hettie Nettle's Book for Hedgewitches. After the reading there’ll be a hands-on craft where children can make their own moss folk dolls, and copies of the book will be on sale if you’d like to have yours signed by Claire. We’d love to see you there.

In folklore, a hedgewitch is a wise, nature-minded soul who takes inspiration from the hedgerows and woods – a lovely fit for our Dartmoor landscape and curious young imaginations.
