Embodied Flow dance workshop at Higher Dean

Lerna Babikyan & Mudita Moves invite you to a friendly Embodied Flow Dance workshop at Higher Dean on 1 November. Expect expressive movement, music and connection in a welcoming space, open to all ages and levels.

Come and join us for a gentle, expressive afternoon of movement with Lerna Babikyan & Mudita Moves. The Embodied Flow Dance workshop is all about connection, creativity and letting your body lead the way. Come as you are, move at your own pace, and enjoy friendly company in a warm, welcoming space.

Whether you’re new to dance or have years under your belt, you’ll be very welcome. Expect uplifting music, a supportive atmosphere, and time to explore how movement can ease the mind and lift the spirits.
