In every corner of Teignbridge, volunteers are making a real difference. Whether it's someone driving you to a hospital appointment, soothing your nerves on the way, or a volunteer helping your child gain confidence through activities like Brownies, Scouts, or sports, these individuals light up our lives in many ways. Not to forget the kind neighbours who undertake litter picks and assist others by putting out bins. Their generous acts don't just benefit the individuals they help directly but enrich our community as a whole.

Recognising the invaluable contribution of these unsung heroes, Teignbridge CVS has planned a special event to say thank you. This November, we are hosting an awards ceremony to honour those who dedicate their time and energy to making Teignbridge a better place to live and work. It's a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the spirit of volunteerism that thrives within our community.
